Ruth A. Curtin (nee Kelly), 76, of Williamstown, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on March 22, 2023.

Beloved wife of 57 years to Peter Curtin. Devoted mother of Kelly, Ruth Ann (Michael), and Heather (Rand). Loving Grandmother to Jo Anna (Adam), Brittany, Brice, and Hannah. Caring sister to Hester (Jim) and Joseph (Dee). Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Ruth was born and raised in South Philadelphia. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Ruth had a gift of hospitality that she loved to share with others. Everyone was welcomed at her table for a meal, a laugh, and a prayer.

Ruth was married to her best friend. Ruth and Pete raised their girls with an example of the Lord's love, having faith in Him, and showing others what God's grace is meant to be.

Through the years, Ruth was a board member of the Pennsylvania Special Olympics organization. She helped to pass laws that gave every student a chance at an education. Her sacrifice and dedication are appreciated by those who received opportunities because of her hard work.

Ruth was an active member for over 30 years at a mission in Cape May called Seaside Home.  She volunteered, along with her husband and children, and grandchildren, to provide a vacation for low-income families. Ruth made many long-time friends through this ministry. It was her honor to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to give families the opportunity to make memories at her favorite place: down the shore.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, March 25  ^th  from 9:00-10:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main St. Williamstown, NJ, where a service will be held at 10:00 AM.  Burial will be held privately.
