Sofia Grace Weber passed peacefully in the hands of her loving parents on December 30, 2023.

Sofia Grace was born on December 22, 2023, at 3:44 am at Inspira Hospital, Vineland, weighing 1 lb., 1 oz.  Sofia was strong, fierce, and a fighter.  During the 8 short days here on Earth, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family, friends, and her nurses.

Sofia Grace is the treasured daughter of William and Ashley Weber of West Deptford, NJ.  Loved granddaughter of her paternal grandparents William Ridgeway, III of Bridgeton, NJ, the late Wakeysa Harmon; and her maternal grandparents Jerry Chaput of West Deptford, NJ and Dawn Chaput of Florida.  She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service on Friday, January 12th at 12:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamstown.
