William J. Crompton, Sr., age 69, of Monroeville, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on June 26, 2022, surrounded by his loving daughters.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, he lived in Port Richmond before moving to Blackwood, NJ.  He was an avid sports fan who loved the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and Penn State.  In his spare time, he enjoyed going bowling, playing poker, listening to DooWop music, and walking on the boardwalk.   Bill was an animal lover at heart.  His grandchildren were his world and he loved spending time with them, he made sure to attend all of their events.

Mr. Crompton was predeceased by his son, William Crompton, Jr., and four of his brothers.  Devoted father of three daughters, Erin Nizzardi, Amber Cook (Anthony), and Ashely Crompton.  Loving grandfather of ten; Tyler Paige, Cooper, Lexie, Aiden, Aila, Avery, Ashton, Alexander, Anthony, and Austin. He is also survived by his former wife and friend, Deborah Crompton (nee O'Hanlon), and 4 remaining siblings.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 23 ^rd .  The time and location are to be determined.
