Viola D. Reed (nee Dawson), 95, of Mickleton, NJ, passed away on
May 1, 2007 with her family by her side. Born in Mickleton, she was a lifelong resident. Mrs. Reed was a homemaker. She was a member of the Mickleton Friends Meeting House. A member of the Mickleton Grange# 101 for 82 years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and being with her family and also enjoyed spending time at the shore.
Beloved wife of the late Samuel H. Reed. Devoted mother of Mildred M. Haines of Pitman and her late husband Harold E. "Bud". Dear sister of the late Mildred D. Luzier. Loving grandmother of Deborah M. Leach and her husband Gregory of Pitman and Jeffrey H. Haines and his wife Christine of Washington Twp. Loving great-grandmother of Kurt Leach, Kyle Leach, Keri Leach and Abigail Haines all of Pitman. Dear aunt of William Luzier and his wife Betty of Glen Mills, PA and their children Julie and Shannon.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday from
12:30 – 1:30 PM at the Mickleton Friends Meeting House, Kings Highway and Harmony Road, Mickleton, where a service will be held at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow in the Mickleton Friends Meeting Cemetery, Mickleton.
